Ian from master sweep did a great job of cleaning our chimney. he was quick, courteous and did the sweep with no mess at all. he was also able to advise me on fuel options. can highly recommend this company, and they originally installed the wood burner too so it's nice to have that continuity of service. thank you.
Master sweep was excellent above all expectations with guidance on all aspects of installation of the log burner i would have not hesitation in recommending this company .1st class.
Lesley was great at confirming the appointment and we even had a call a couple of days before as a reminder. iain was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. will certainly be our sweep of choice moving forward.
Dan was very friendly, efficient, informative and clean. he even put a bit of fire cement on the back of my fireplace for me! very pleased with the service and will certainly use them again and recommend them.
