Towan Sweeps

Lester did a great job for our service and chimney sweep. He was very respectful of our house and kept everything really clean. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone with a stove.

Lester was an efficient,clean and extremely well mannered worker. The service and care much appreciated as it prolongs the life of our multifuel stove. I would highly recommend this company and their staff.

Lester recently swept our chimney, which highlighted some problems with the installation of an old log burner. He gave a brilliant solution and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I emailed regarding availability and had a really quick email response from Leah who was lovely. Originally they had no availability, however a morning job was shorter than planned and they offered to come out to me the same day which was amazing. Lester was a friendly guy who was very quick and knew exactly what he was doing, he ensured no mess was left in my house even though it’s still a building site which was nice to know for future reference as I will definitely use Towan Sweeps again. Both Leah and Lester were friendly and professional and I received a hard copy of my certificate (email option is normally available but I was last minute and prefer hard copy anyway). Thank you both again and will use you in a years time! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent business. Appointment booking was very straightforward with a text reminder the day before. Lester was punctual, personable and efficient. Clean and tidy process. Provided good advice on the efficient operation of our log burner and relocation of our CO2 monitor/alarm. Recommended.
