Pure Dental Health

I am terrified of the dentist and haven't been for sometime. i knew there would be a lot of work to do and that it would take a lot of appointments to complete. i searched for a dental practice that dealt with dental phobia/ fear. pure dental came up and had positive reviews. i booked my consultation and saw mike and sophie. the consultation went well, mike took the time to listen to me and explained everything that was going to happen. he was very calm and happy to answer any questions i had. i was put at ease and after some discussion i was given a treatment plan and have booked my next appointment. i am still nervous but thanks to pure dental i feel i am ready to start my dental journey.

I'm so glad i chose to go to pure dental after quite a few years of not going to a dentist. i was quite worried that i would have major problems but the entire experience has been excellent throughout. i did need a few fillings but michelle and mandy who carried out the work are both incredibly skilled and caring in their work. you are never rushed, never feel any pain and the quality of the fillings is better than an original tooth. everybody at the practice is incredibly helpful and kind. i'm looking forward to a hygienist appointment which i'm sure will also be excellent. would rate ten stars if it was possible.

First visit to nicky the hygienist and it was honestly the best experience of a hygienist i've ever had! she takes her time, explaining everything she's doing and is patient and as gentle as she can be. graham the dentist is equally brilliant -like a sculptor, he repaired some old, badly filled teeth and was just as patient and understanding. so lovely to feel listened to and to be treated as an individual rather than just a number. the whole practice staff are all welcoming and help you feel at ease.

I can’t recommend pure dental enough. from the minute you walk in, you are greeted with the most lovely people, who are warm and welcoming. i have a huge phobia of the dentist, and i can honestly say that graham and layla were amazing with me. they were both kind and patient and put me at ease. i have left my previous dentist, as i kept getting told i needed teeth removed, and as i am in my 30s this didn’t feel like an option. however, graham has had a completely different approach and has saved my teeth and instead given me a root canal, and i will now be booking to have 2 more fillings. something my previous dentist told me wasn’t an option. his work is amazing, and i am truly grateful. after having such bad experiences with my previous dentist, i was finding it very hard to trust anyone with my teeth. but i can honestly say that i trust graham and the rest of this amazing team. i have called several times, and i have never been made to feel like a burden, or that they are rushing me off the phone. the whole experience is perfect. and when you have a fear, these little things make all the difference. so whether, your scared, or just looking for a brilliant dentist, i would highly recommend this place. thank you graham, layla and everyone else at pure dental!

Went along as a new patient and was seen by michelle in a 45 minute appointment. i can honestly say that no dentist has ever looked at my teeth in so much detail and she identified issues (fortunately not significant after doing a test) that i, nor any other dentist, had spotted before. she was friendly, professional and took time to explain everything. i was reassured by her thoroughness and i’m happy to recommend her.
