First class service for a very fair charge, prompt response to sudden failure of washing machine. Came on Tuesday and correctly diagnosed heating element failure (Shropshire water no way as good as Cornish !). Turned out had replacement in stock, so Friday same week repaired machine. Great to see firms as commendable as this are still around today. A1 indeed !

Absolutely fantastic service. Our over stopped working and A1 were able to come out the very next morning, diagnose the issue and replace the broken element within 30 minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend this company.

I want to make everyone aware of the superb service received yesterday from Mandy and the team at A1 Appliances. We needed a fridge freezer at short notice for a rental property locally. We went to see Mandy at their new premises in Penryn and bought one which was delivered half an hour later and with a 2 year warranty. Fantastic. It gets better though.We then decided that we wanted a larger one. Back to the showroom. Duly selected a larger one. Paid the difference.Without any fuss the original one was replaced even though it was now unwrapped and the new one delivered immediately. A Bosch-at a better price than the internet too. Chris and the team have been amazing in sorting out an issue we've had with our dishwasher. They were really responsive and helpful and the guys who came to investigate the issue and then ultimately replace it were friendly and very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Engineers arrived very promptly (before time), very professional, friendly and efficient. Washing machine leak swiftly diagnosed and new valve fitted. Very happy to hear that A1 will do repairs on lots of different domestic appliances. Really excellent service - couldn't ask for better!
