Oli replaced an integrated oven in our house while it was being rented out. So professional and really easy to deal with. Very accommodating arranging times around guests. Would definitely use Duchy again and would recommend them.

Ollie and Dave have been several times to fit and fix stuff at Bread & Butter and they are brilliant. They are always just a day or two from getting to us, and their advice is always spot on. They never try to inflate their bill, always very fair and on several occasions have suggested a way to fix the problem in lower cost ways than expected. Really good guys, and HIGHLY recommend.

Tricky situation with a dishwasher failure for a holiday home. Very quick response from Olly at Duchy. Very helpful telephone call and a speedy professional service. Even came a day sooner when the replacement arrived early, and took the old one away. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again.

Had an issue with my dishwasher, left a few messages with various tradespeople to get quotes. Duchy were by far the quickest response, being the first to respond shortly after I left the message. Didn't hear from anyone else for a couple of days. So decided to go with them. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone to arrange the repair. I believe I had Dave who performed the repair. He arrived promptly by the arranged time, again a pleasure to deal with. Sorted the problem very quickly with little input from me needed. I couldn't fault the service, nothing but good things to say. Will definitely use them again in the future as the need arises!

Very straightforward to book my repair request on line. Got a call back that morning, where the call out cost was explained & the work was completed within the week. Dave attended the property & resolved the issue quickly & professionally.
