My freezer started bleeping and I couldn’t find the manual, so I called the suppliers F & K. Nick was most helpful and suggested that I bag up the contents and bring them to the depot where they would be stored until the issue was resolved. Issue resolved, contents collected, excellent service. Many thanks.

You might (and I stress might) find a cheaper price online, but when you factor in that F&K include delivery, installation and removal of the old appliance as well as speedy personal service and a real person to call if anything goes wrong you can't beat the value. Expert advice, friendly service and a local employer! Very happy with our new cooker.

I needed a new washer dryer on short notice. F & K was very helpful and fast, delivered and installed the new machine within a few days with no extra cost for delivery, installation or recycling the old one. Very happy with their service!

I was recommended to F&K when my slightly odd sized integrated fridge-freezer broke down. Nick found us a replacement which their fitters installed the next morning - they had to make some small alterations to the integrated doors although you wouldn't notice from the outside. It's working well now - in fact it's silent compared to the previous one. Although we may have got it slightly cheaper elsewhere F&K made it hassle free. The whole team gave great customer service & were very careful.

F &K was founded,, i believe in 1967. I have been buying from them since 1970. May I tell you that there is no -one better for customer service, that we were once used to and lately doesn't exist. NICK is absolutely outstanding and always does his best to go the second mile. Thank you Nick, if only there were more people like you buying would be a pleasure instead of the modern way of "in our own time, take it or leave it"!. I usually leave it because those businesses don't deserve to succeed. So people of Cornwall make F&K your first stop. Go to a firm that knows what they are talking about and appreciates your custom.
