Excellent service, turns up on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and at a very reasonable price. used him a couple of times, once to fix a very old tumble dryer and another time to fix a dishwasher problem. definitely would recommend him and would use again.
Absolutely exceptional service. mike is the very best kind of tradesperson - knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, honest, good value, and just a really nice guy. he worked tirelessly to try and get my washing machine fixed, even staying til 10pm at night because he could see how desperate i was! i highly recommend him.
I rang mike with an inherited cooker that wouldn’t switch on- he could have easily won himself a call-out fee and come and shown us that we needed to set the clock (doh) to make it work but opted to dispense that wisdom to us for free over the phone. thanks mike!
