The pictures and reviews on here looked amazing but unfortunately the whole experience was very average. Food was pub-quality, their "home baked" bread was basically just standard toast bread you get from the supermarket and service was lacking.

At the Elephant Bar they have a selection of domestic food from Asian Mexican and American cuisine nice size portions and the atmosphere is neat clean and cozy with a safari touch . The staff are always courteous and polite. Every experience at the Elephant Bar has been exquisite.
Restaurant in old house, part of large lodge estate and spa You can walk in and eat although booking is recommended. Very friendly and pleasant service. Nice menu; food very good, but be aware this is not a cheap place. Starter, main, pudding and reasonable drinks will be £50 a head. Recommended for a special night out. How lucky are we to be within walking distance.
Great experience and ambiance, the servi r was excellent and attended to.
