5 stars doesn't quite go far enough for this firm. When you're going through the mill because you've lost someone you love, you need someone to take over the practical stuff and these people did just that in a compassionate and professional way. My mother's wishes were honoured, just as we mapped them out and nothing was too much trouble. They were clear, transparent and completely there for me and my family every step of the way. - and the celebrant was exceptional. Can't recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Cornwall Funeral Services enough. They provided a service that reflected exactly what we wanted but the additional support, empathy and care that was given to us was exceptional, thank you CFS.

It was a very sad time with the sudden passing of our mum, but the support from Scott and the team in organising and helping us through the occasion and with Dave managing the service as celebrant so magnificently, it made it so much easier and memorable. They all did an amazing job and have our sincerest thanks.

We have been really pleased with the level of service we received from Cornwall Funeral Services. The compassion, professionalism and efficiency given to us was excellent. We have used them three times over the last 3 years and every experience was consistently high. All the staff are very respectful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are also technically very able and provided support with webcasts and photo/video editing and all the music required, and all value for money, as we know how time consuming technical services can be. It was helpful also to invoice the wake and flowers through CFS too. We'd like to thank Scott and his team for all their care and concern.

Cornwall Funeral Services we’re from the beginning to the end of the process first class. Compassionate, caring and understanding throughout this tragic experience for my family. From meeting Matt and Steve to speaking with Scott and Matt, they truly were amazing people and always felt they were there for my family at any point.
