Simon has just finished two separate jobs for me. He completely refurbished my small bathroom, installing a walk in shower and vanity unit. When faced with a rotten, damp floor on removing the old suite he efficiently and quickly replaced the floor completely together with the walls which had surrounded the bath. Not only did he install the new suite but covered the walls with Shower Wall, then redecorated and replaced the flooring. Following on from this Simon installed a new fence and gate at the back of my property and replaced a faulty panel. Very quick to communicate, always upbeat and happy to come up with solutions to problems (of which there were many!) Tidy, professional and a reasonable price. Would have no hesitation in recommending!

Having just moved down from Southampton and not knowing anyone I contacted SCP regarding several jobs that needed attention at our new property. Simon attended on the day and time that he said he would and gave me some sound advice and ideas on the projects I needed doing. Simon completely replaced my kitchen floor and all units and appliances all professionally carried out and with minimal disruption. He next refurbished my bathroom with the same result. He has also designed and built fitted wardrobes in a bedrooms again an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon & Chris if you want a professional job at a fair price. Just had a major renovation carried out by SCP Property Services. Simon was reliable, on time, friendly, worked hard, made suggestions to resolve issues when he came across them (as always happens when doing refurbishment!) and provided his services at a fair price. Would recommend and will be using again for a kitchen refit.
