For many years I’ve struggled with intrusive thoughts, OCD and anxiety. I came to Amanda for help shortly after I had my first child. I worried excessively about his every move and couldn’t work out what was a justified worry and what was me being over the top. Thankfully hypnotherapy has helped me so much and allowed me to enjoy my day to day with my baby rather than worrying from the moment I wake up. I can now take a step back and see things for what they are rather than my thoughts spiralling out of control. Amanda is so understand and compassionate. I’m so grateful.

Amanda has been brilliant. I wasn't sure what to expect at 1st. I suffered with terrible irritable bowel syndrome that was really affecting my life. Stress played a huge part in how bad my symptoms were. After the 1st session I noticed a calmness in myself. It was a strange feeling. And every week i saw Amanda that feeling lasted longer each time. I would say my IBS symptoms are 90% better now. Which is amazing. I've found her sessions so useful I now have them once a month to help my mental health and keep positive. If you have been thinking about having hypnotherapy but was unsure. I'd say definitely give it a try. 😁

I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. Totally professional, resulting in amazing and lasting results. She will put you completely at ease, not only about opening up to her but also with the process and how she thinks it will benefit your situation. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Amanda is fabulous, kind, caring, passionate. The sessions with Amanda are to help me with anxiety and what a excellent job amanda and I are doing. The last 12 months has changed me in so many ways. We have even worked on other stuff within my year, one being fear of flying. I have made great progress and long may it continue. Amanda you are amazing and continue your great work. 🥰
