I’ve used Charles French & Co on two separate occasions now and I’ve been very impressed on both. I contacted Mr French whilst selling my property via another firm. Sadly, the firm I used were imcompetent (see my recent reviews) and I had to resort to contacting Mr French who acted on my behalf when I purchased. Despite, not being a current customer Mr French was more than happy to help and did so without issue, providing advice that I passed on to the other solicitor. In the end Mr French and I resolved a title restriction issue together but sadly the buyers pulled out shortly before. However, when the sale collapsed I didn’t hesitate to de-instruct the other solicitor and instruct Charles French & Co instead, and I’m so glad I did. The entire process with Charles French & Co was vastly different to my previous experience, my stress levels were reduced by the simple fact that I knew Charles French & Co had my best interests in mind and were acting as quickly as possible. I dealt with Chloe Liddicoat thoroughout. Miss Liddicoat was extremely helpful, conscientious and knowledgable. I didn’t have to chase Chloe as she kept me fully updated. On the odd occasion that I made suggestions to speed matters up, Chloe was already one step ahead. All in all, if you’re looking for a firm that genuinely appreciate your custom look no further. Don’t like for a big “brand” name thinking you’ll get the best service, you won’t, those guys simply don’t care whether or not you instruct them. Thank you to the team at Charles French & Co.
