Keheren therapy

As a massage therapist myself, I'm really fussy when it comes to finding a good therapist who knows exactly what I need & takes time to smooth out my own accumulated tension. I can totally trust falling apart in Debbie's expert hands & then be moulded back together. The hydrotherm massage starts relaxing my muscles as soon as I lay on the warm couch. Necessary & lush!

Lauren was very professional and helpful as this was my first ever sports massage. I told her my issues I was having with my back from the gym and explained very well what was going to happen in the hour session I had with her. The time flew by as we were just nattering, I felt very comfortable😊 Would definitely return for another session soon!

What an incredible experience 🙌. This was one of the most blissful massages I have ever had. Debbie is an incredible therapist with a wealth of experience. I had a hydrotherm massage for the first time, and I am blown away. I was so deeply relaxed I didn't want to get up. Very, very happy with my treatment ❤️. I had the most amazingly relaxing and restorative pregnancy massage with Anna-Leena and that night slept the best I've slept in about 4 months! I will absolutely be booking again. Anna-Leena is so knowledgeable and lovely and the heated water pad is just incredible on aching backs. I would 100% recommend this for any pregnant ladies out there.

Having Run 9 Marathons to date and been very lucky to have had some of the best Massages in the last 17 years from Arsenal,Birmingham City physios and some of the countries finest. It is a privilege to share my experience with the Ladies at Keheren Therapy. The system to book was very easy and the actual Massage experience using the heat mats with Lauren was brilliant and as good as I have ever had.
