I don't find this store very friendly and it is expensive. my husband and i were looking for dining room furniture, but the shop assistant wasn't very helpful.

Beautiful showroom, well worth a visit. friendly staff, would recommend.

It is expensive here and mattresses and beds will be found quite a lot cheaper elsewhere so it is important to price check. we found the customer service in the shop itself a bit disinterested (described as unfriendly by previous reviewer). whilst they will price match they do charge for taking away old beds whereas most other places will do this free of charge. (as a result i bought my bed elsewhere for a very competitive price some £400 less than quoted here and it was delivered and set up with no problems and the old bed was taken away.) when in discussion with robert who works in the shop here about our mattresses he queried if we lived in the same house. he seemed to have concluded that separate mattresses seemed to indicate this. it might be as well to educate staff that 10% of couples have separate bedrooms (source the times) rising among older couples. part of the problem was the manner in which he questioned me about this, it felt rude.

Very helpful and friendly staff who explained in detail about the furniture on sale, the price reflects the excellent quality and are very competitive, open 7 days a week with easy parking outside in the car park,
