I moved into a property which wasn't clean at all , it was in need of a deep clean especially the kitchen and bathroom , i called the immaculate cleaners and katie provided me with the directors service , which katie undertook herself , she did a really good professional deep cleaner including , the dirty mouldy windows also , katie provides a friendly , caring , professional service. which is of a very high standard , she has given me hope that this house can be cleaned to make it a home with her very high standards of cleaning and expertise i am so glad i contacted immaculate cleaners and am very grateful , thankyou very much.

Where do i start? i can honestly say i would be completely lost without kate and her team. kate's commitment and dedication to help clients such as myself is unprecedented in today's society. i have recently started a holiday let venture. kates wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with her high standards has helped carve the road to success. living 250 miles away kate & her team understand my needs, requirements and expectations. kate and her team have full control of the property and she delivers every time with outstanding results, proven by client feedback. kate is someone i can wholehearted trust and rely on to get jobs done promptly, nothing is too much trouble and she will willingly go out of her way to help where she can; again a rarity in cornwall. an amazing adaptable friendly person who goes that extra mile. thank you for all you do for me.

Kate and the team have been cleaning for us for 3 years, they are always on time and do a thorough job throughout. we are not there all the time and it's really important that we have people who we can trust to go in and not only clean but check on all aspects of the property, including dealing with random issues, the property is old and they've had to deal with the odd dead bird and bat that's made its way in and not out. an excellent team with an excellent work ethic who we wouldn't be without.

Kate and her team were so accommodating from the moment i contacted to arrange a deep clean at short notice to getting it done, and they were like an efficient team of worker bees. it was so lovely to relax in a lovely clean tidy house, with all the nooks and crannies cleaned. i’ve now had some subsequent weekly cleans and hannah is a star shes so lovely and helpful, asks if there’s anything in particular or extra i need doing, and it’s a delight to come home when i know she’s been in. after looking at a number of different companies initially i am more than happy i chose the immaculate cleaner to help me with my cleaning needs.

I was recommended the services of the immaculate group. totally delighted with the service from start to finish. i booked a deep clean, the ladies were totally delightful, very thorough and incredibly hard working! the house looked brilliant, even my old cooker looked like new! thank you very much to all concerned. highly recommended !
