I am visiting family in Hayle from Scotland. I stupidly forgot spare contact lenses. My prescription is very high so they didn't have my usual lenses in stock. They did however find me the best alternative available. The ladies went over and above to help me out. Brilliant service! Thank you!

From the initial making of the appointment, the eye test itself, choosing frames and lenses and then the fitting everything was brilliant. Every person I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and patient.

Andrew was extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service. The only thing is your prices!! I just wanted new varifocals in my current Boots glasses but that would have cost around £550 in all so I ended up paying out £683 for new ones. Somebody is earning pots of money from these frames!!
