My husband john was having trouble getting used to his bi-focal glasses that he got from another specsavers, so while on holiday in cornwall he made an appointment in the st austell store & was seen by theresa who gave him a superb service in re-setting his glasses which made them feel more comfortable she even phoned him to check that the specs felt more comfortable thank you theresa for a great service

Thank you to maria, kirsty and all the very kind staff at specsavers st. austell for their help at my recent appointment. the reason for my left eye discomfort was very soon identified, and i then received some good advice on how to treat it. i had luckily been given an appointment for only the day after my initial enquiry by telephone. thank you all so much for your quick, kind and very efficient service.
We were on holiday in august and my mum had a fall resulting in breaking her glasses. the staff in this branch were fantastic and managed to repair the glasses in a very timely same day timescale. i would highly recommend this branch!!
