Standen Opticians

I am on holiday and my frameless glasses kept coming apart across my nose. another opticians in truro who couldn't do repairs on my make kindly suggested that standen's might have the correct tool for the job and gave me directions. standen's were very helpful and within 30 minutes my glasses were as good as new. when asked how much i owed they insisted nothing but that i could put something in the charity collection box if i wanted to!

Standen's have always been friendly, professional and thorough since i moved to them approx 4 years ago. i had my eye test today and they have surpassed themselves in the care they are showing through the covid epidemic. first rate service as always- and reassuring in their covid preparations too. thank you.

Like every other review, mine is totally positive. what a wonderful friendly and skilled team of people, and what amazingly good and patient service. i saw pete, who has put up with my inane chatter and inability to explain what i wanted and given me a pair of glasses that suit me, enable me to see, and that actually fit me properly without any of the discomfort i have had in the past. i actually looked forward to my appointments, such is the atmosphere, and this is all backed up with the expertise and knowledge one would expect. thank you all.
