Matt was exceptional from start to finish. the problem had caused myself and partner a lot of stress, worry and anxiety. matt explained the whole process and alleviated any worries by making us both feel reassured. the rodent problem has been solved. i couldn’t recommend matt highly enough. fantastic man and service.

I booked msb on behalf of my parents to investigate a rodent problem. arranging the first appointment was easy, phone answered first time as well and all subsequent follow up visits were also arranged effortlessly and in a timely manner. matt was knowledgeable and friendly during all visits and the problem was satisfactorily resolved. happy to recommend msb for a reliable, efficient and courteous service.

Matt laid some bait and uv tracking powder which was very effective. matt was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on rat prevention to stop them returning. good communication and punctual.

I noticed some little scratching noises coming from the roof of my studio and on further investigation found that i had what i thought were bees or wasps flying in and out the top corner. i was fairly sure that they were not bees and took a couple of photos and sent them to matt. sure enough he identified that they were hornets and had made themselves a nice little nest up there. matt turned up the next day and confirmed that they were indeed hornets, and very aggressive ones at that. he suited up and set to work and told me that within 24 hours they should be gone, but they may take 2 or 3 days to go and if they didn't he would be back to treat them a second time for free. sure enough the next day they were gone and i sealed up the hole they were getting in with silicone. thanks matt for a great service!

Exceptional service from matt who was very polite and friendly. rang him late last night and he arrived this morning. explained every step, checked outside the property to find entry point for ants. knew exactly what to do and has hopefully sorted out the problem but has said to contact him again if needed. i would definitely recommend him to anyone. he has really put my mind at rest and for a good price. thank you matt, what a lovely man
