Stewart is friendly, professional and accommodating and took time in the run up to our wedding to find out exactly what we wanted from the photographs. On the day he was punctual and made everyone feel very relaxed so that no one was camera shy! Stewart was so discreet when taking the reportage shots and lovely to all our guests during the requested family photos. We were absolutely delighted when we received the pictures; he really showed us as a couple and caught some priceless moments that we had missed. All our family and friends have commented on how fantastic the pictures are and it's been hard to choose our favourite photos from the amazing selection supplied. Hiring Stewart was the best wedding decision that we made and if we could give more than 5 stars for this review we would!

Stewart was our wedding photographer in 2013. He made us real incredibly comfortable and took natural photos, we didn't even notice them being taken! He captured our memories beautifully and we were absolutely delighted with our wedding photos. To document your special day with such beauty meant a lot to both of us. We would definitely highly recommend using Stewart, his work and his passion are both incredible.

Our wedding was on a relatively tight budget and we ruled out a videographer which meant the photography was even more important as it would be the only memories we had of our day. Our wedding was in Cornwall but that’s not where we live so I couldn’t go by any personal recommendations. Instead I spent hours trawling the internet looking at different photographers portfolios and comparing prices. I narrowed the search down from about 30 to 4. I loved the candid nature of Stewart’s portfolio and the fact he picked interesting and fun shots to display on his website as opposed to portraits and posed photos. Of the 4 photographers I contacted Stewart’s super friendly and helpful responses really stuck out. The price he offered was very competitive and so we set up a zoom call to discuss things further. I can’t stress enough what a lovely guy Stewart is!!! Not pushy at all and really took lots of time chat through everything without putting us under any pressure to book him but course after speaking with him we did! We had another zoom call with Stewart in the lead up to the wedding as well as meeting at the venue (my parents house) a few days before so he could get an idea of the space and where everything was going on the day. Our main worry was spending lots of time away from guests and feeling self conscious about posing for photos, we really just wanted to enjoy the day but get a few lovely shots in the process. Stewart really listened to what we did/didn’t want and to put us at ease. On the day Stewart blended in with our friends and family, so many people commented on what a lovely guy he was and whilst we by choice had a small number of planned shots they literally took a few minutes, the rest of the photos were taken naturally as we wanted. After the wedding Stewart sent us a few previews which were lovely and then we waited for a few weeks in anticipation for the rest. We were so happy with the end result and photos which captured our day perfectly. We’re now several months since the big day and I honestly look at the photos weekly if not daily!! My only regret is that we didn’t book Stewart to stay for the full day, he left at about 9pm and did a fab job but it would have been fun to have some memories of the late night dance floor!! So my advice would be, book Stewart without hesitation and if you can afford it, have him there for the full day and evening, you won’t regret it!

We booked Stewart from seeing his amazing wedding portfolio beforehand, and have definitely made the right decision. Stewart has made the whole process from booking, to pre-wedding meetings, to the wedding day and post-wedding so seamless and enjoyable. You really get the feeling that Stewart is excited to work you and absolutely loves what he does. We really enjoyed working with Stewart, we had 100% trust in him to capture our wedding day, and are beyond happy with our final photos. Having a mix of ‘official’ and candid photos was very important to us, and we have got just that. Stewart is professional, a joy to be around and highly skilled in what he does. If you are looking for a wedding photographer to capture your special day, we could not recommend Stewart enough.

Stewart, we could not be happier with the photos you’ve taken for our big day. We still can’t stop looking at them three months on. We have attached some of our favourites. We had the wow factor with our venue and we believe we got it with our photographer too. Amazing photos, versatile shots and special moments from the day captured perfectly. We got married on a beach and Stewart was face down on the sand making sure he got the shot. He’s a great photographer, top bloke and a very calming influence on the day. The actual wedding day is such a blur and it’s over so quickly. This means all you are left with afterwards is the photos, so we’re so glad we have amazing photos that we can treasure for the rest of our lives. Worth every penny spent. Luke & Debbie
