Paula is hugely knowledgable, 100% attentive and blows my mind every time i've seen her. she has changed my life for the better, or helped me change my life for the better! after seeing numerous physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists, i believed i would have to live the rest of my life in pain and she's shown me that this is very untrue. i'm learning so much about my body, and even more about my mind and how the two are intricately connected every time i go. i've never been so thoroughly assessed and having someone so inquisitive and interested was incredible. as a dancer and aerialist i use my body all the time, so having her expertise and knowledge is absolute gold dust. i couldn't recommend her highly enough. if you think you're at a dead end with pain or recovery, go and see her. i couldn't thank you enough paula.

Paula was amazing. can't recommend highly enough. i had a fall and damaged my shoulder. paula got me back on my bike in time to pedal to paris. from not being able to move my shoulder and turn a steering wheel paula was able to get me back on the mend and provide advice, stretches and exercises. brilliant.

Without doubt the best physio in cornwall. all of my old injuries from rugby sorted. i can now walk and run with confidence knowing that paula has fixed me. paula is a kind, caring, compassionate professional who really knows her stuff. thank you for mending me.

After many years of carrying pain and 'normalising' it, i went to paula after something went twang. she is so amazing, taking the time to uncover the root causes of my issues layer by layer. she clearly understands that she is healing the body and the soul. she has given me the knowledge to last a lifetime and set me up to live pain-free and understand my body. she is gentle, considerate and wonderful at her job. can't recommend her highly enough i have already passed her details on to a number of my family and friends.
