Mark was great and easy to communicate with, was super knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly how to fix my heating! He was very personable and made me feel at ease for calling him out over something I should have probably known myself! But very glad that he knew exactly what he was doing and how to help. Due to a very high water bill I realised there was a leak. After a search online I found Azure Plumbing with good reviews so gave them a ring. Mark was friendly and helpful and we arranged for him to come over and check the job out. After the initial visit and it being a bank holiday weekend it was agreed the job would start on the Wednesday. Thankfully the leak was located fairly quickly and fortunately the leak was on the water boards side of the boundary. Mark followed it up with SWW and I’m just waiting to be reimbursed by them. Very good experience.

So helpful. Made multiple calls and was answered with great info in a very friendly way. Then attended the next day and sorted problem quickly and efficiently Would recommend 100% and will myself be using them again if needed Very impressed 👏

Mark was great, came out on a Saturday and sealed off a burst mains water pipe. Very quick to get back to me, good comms and clearly knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend!

Great plumber. Honest and knowledgeable. Mark both serviced our boiler and investigated a heating fault which turned out to be an electrical issue - but Mark stayed around to support in case there were any other plumbing concerns. We really appreciated his efforts to get our system up and running again as soon as possible. We would use him again, and will be booking him in for our boiler service in a year’s time! Thank you!!!
