Turns out i didn't need a plumber, i just needed some guidance which simon provided all for free! i went out that afternoon and got the bits i needed, job done ✔️ thank you, simon- i had contacted four different local plumbers who didn't get back to me, it means a lot that you came out and provide such good customer service. will of course recommend and use again 👍
Fantastic fast service and reasonable. very friendly and professional. my mum is thrilled with her new kitchen taps. we would both highly recommend simon and will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Arranged a visit with simon. arrived at the time he said he would. had a couple of jobs to be done. he didn't have the part on him for fixing the bath tap, but nipped out and sorted it. very efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant. will contact again shortly to repair our shower unit once part arrive. very pleased. thank you.
Simon fixed a troublesome tap and two toilet flushes for us. he was brilliant. very quick to respond and diagnose the issue then popped back to complete the job once new parts were sourced. friendly, fast and excellent value. highly recommend.
