Incredibly helpful. An amazing customer experience - Lynne went out of her way to fit us in to the diary, knowing that it was a bit of an emergency and Kathleen went the extra mile when she was here to ensure that not only was the Saniflow Plus fitted and working but that the short-cuts made by previous plumbers were rectified and all made good. Our saniflo stopped working and I called to book an engineer. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, they spoke to their engineer to try to schedule an urgent appointment. Whilst waiting, they talked through the fault with me and suggested a few solutions. With their expert help I was able to get the unit working again without needing the engineer to come out.
