It's difficult to find a rental property in Newquay, but I was fortunate to find Lotus. The process was very efficient, and Rebecca was very attentive and quick to solve any maintenance issues on the property during my tenancy. Amazing place to stay, situated in a good location close to shops and a 5 minute walk from camborne town. Has good transport links and the rooms are spacious and clean not to mention the landlord Rebecca is wonderful and easy to contact.

I had a wonderful time living at the house, the landlord Rebecca is fantastic so helpful. Any problems were fixed straight away or as soon as possible. The location is ideal as it’s in a main road but very quiet during the day and night. The people in the house are friendly and helpful and the house is spacious, clean and tidy. My room was amazing, nice decor and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Couldn’t recommend this room more!
