Borlase & Co

Borlase and Co provide legal services for my business interests and private conveyancing. They have recently assisted in a tricky acquisition, working hard to keep to established time frames and expectations. I am very pleased with their combined services and feel comfortable to recommend. As a family Borlase have represented our interests for over 40 years.

I've used Borlaise a couple of times, and have found them extremely good and very professional. It's why I'm returning for a second time. Definitely not ambulance chasers as I'm only 42 and have no need for a ambulance

We have used Borlase & Co. for conveyancing services in two residential property purchases, both of which were lengthy, and one unusually complex. Both represented good value considering they are a fixed cost and the amount of time that went into them! For both of these transactions we were represented by John Rutherford, who was endlessly professional, responsive and gave sensible, 'human' advice when we were struggling with silly issues raised by a surveyor. Also, I work long hours during the week, and so can't make time for ad-hoc calls/meetings which was a challenge with a previous solicitor. I found that John was available and responsive via email absolutely key to keeping things moving, and getting us into our new home! In short, I have no hesitation recommending Borlase & Co. for conveyancing matters, particularly John.

This review is well deserved, I’ve bought and sold properties for around 10 years , I’ve use many law firms some good some poor, I was recommend to use Hayley Cornish at borlase and co , this lady is a credit to this company , responds to calls and emails quickly , sorts out any issues , very punctual , an absolute credit to this firm, I will carry on using Hayley at borlase from now on .
