Fill in ALOT of paperwork online and start work within 24 hours, no interview no questions asked. Very polite and understanding management. I am writing this review as someone who just covered cleaning/catering/portering shifts in Cornwall, where most of the work was laid back and easy, and if it was hectic/chaotic it only made it alot more fun. The problems start to arise (as a cleaner) when you realise there are hardly any shifts available for you. For instance, you need to be trained to clean at Treliske, and there is no training available. I personally was doing a couple shifts a week at most as I do not drive and could not work at Treliske, my local hospital (I heard from colleagues that it is a terrible place to work anyway). There is also the problem of a lack of communication - as another review put it, they place you somewhere and forget about you. If you do phone back with questions they may not have the answers. It can be stressful as you are a little all over the place with hardly any communication and rarely any clear directions, but you can be assured that any new place you get sent to will be as easy and laid back as everything else you have done so far, so really no stress needed there. I still very much appreciate the work and flexibility as this was only meant to be temporary for me, so I will leave it at 4 stars.

Worked for them only worked on one site but was offered other sites to work on when it went quiet. Very friendly staff and professionally run had zero issues and would highly recommend this agency.

The ladies in payroll are excellent, all weekly payments due are paid into your account on time, and are accurate. Worked for the agency for three months, Alot of forms to fill in to start but what work doesn't have that nowdays. Always helpful, always there to help. Just make sure you keep them informed about lateness/absence or anything else that affects working and then you'll be fine. And I did get a job from them.
