Cornwall Council Refuse & Recycling

I feel the need to leave a review to say how fantastic the young man from blackpool is who works at the recycling centre near waitrose. i was taken aback by his helpfulness and enthusiasm when i visited the site today. he was friendly, cheerful, smiling at every customer and literally running around making sure he helped everyone to carry their recycling, showing them where it needed to go with a smile and a great friendly attitude. i drove away smiling! he is a great asset to the team.

I’m writing to praise the excellent service given by the young man at the recycling centre (near waitrose) today, on duty when i arrived at around 11.30am, working on the top general bays (wood, metal, small electrical etc.). they’re usually pretty helpful there but i’ve not seen this chap before and he went above and beyond. he helped me sort out my recycling, as he did for the person before me and after me. he was polite, courteous, helpful, cheerful, smiling and with an amazing attitude, so much so that i left the recycling centre feeling better than when i arrived! after working in john lewis, many years ago, i know what good service looks like and how important it is, but this member of your recycling team is a credit to himself and to you. this is very rare to see, very rare indeed. i hope you can identify who i'm referring to and let him know that he and his kindness is very much valued and appreciated.

Went to the recycling centre today. everyone who worked there were really helpful. easy to use . very clean and tidy.
