2 Fore Street Restaurant

A charming evening in their secluded courtyard. Food was beautifully presented, timely served for a table of 5 and most importantly all absolutely delicious! Decided the crab soufflé was the winning starter although the scallops were meltingly scrumptious. Seafood curry voted best main with hake the close runner up. Service was friendly and attentive. Bill was paid for by our sons 🌟 Thank you to all the staff at 2 Fore Street, not sure we have time to come back this week, but totally would!

Came for lunch with the family, the young waitress was lovely very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate her taking the time to comfort and stick a plaster on my daughters finger after she had bitten it. The food was fantastic and really well priced and the portions are spot on.

Great service and food. Would highly recommend. Good was lovely and there was a good variety without being overwhelming. It was also a good portion that wasn't too big or small. Staff are good with recommendations and are attentive and friendly. We sat in the garden which is a nice area out the back which is nice and cool in the shade when it's hot.

Have eaten here three times so far this year. Each time the food has been great with a good choice of specials. Food is very well presented and is of excellent quality. There are a great range of drinks on the menu too. Haven’t had the desserts but they all sounded good too! Definitely a place to book. Dogs are allowed in the rear garden area.
