Megan was very welcoming- a great smile. given that i was quite a difficult customer she was very patient. the boss was also instrumental in making the sale. all in all a very good experience.
Today we went to buy some shoes for our little girl , she is not easy but always in clarks we found something she likes , today the staff megan assist to us very good , profesional and with all the patience, we’ll done we get 3 pairs of shoes and my little girl is happy and of course we are with the very hood attention we received by the staff , thank you very much and of course will be back again to this store.
Great service from jan last friday (7th july 2023) who managed to deal with a very reluctant baby getting her very first proper shoes. she did cry, but he was so lovely with her and managed to measure her feet successfully and advise my daughter in law appropriately. thank you for your infinite patience and understanding. we got a lovely pair of little roamers. thank you.
Really helpful kind staff. they measured my toddlers feet very calmly and talked her through which she loved. just a shame on two visits a year apart they didn't have any of the shoes my daughter liked in her size.
