Went to put my Deichmann suede boots on this morning to find that the side of the shoe was starting to come adrift from the base , I was disappointed as although I had purchased them last October they had had little wear , Returned them to the shore today armed with Proof of purchase were I was greeted by Marina the shop assistant . She confirmed it was a manufacturing defect didn’t even ask to see the receipt and I simply swapped them for a brand-new pair !! No charge whatsoever and she even waterproof then FOC too ! Fantastic service , super happy Thank you

What an excellent shoe shop real German quality and a good selection of larger woman's sizes and not paired down one size As a Man who hates trudging around endless hearing the phrase "I will know them when I see them

A huge range of shoes, trainers, boots, slippers and all things associated with footwear. We were hunting for girls trainers with a good grip for an active 7 year old. It was surprising to find so many trainers which looked great but the grip was shallow, plastic and of no use. Evebought a bright pink pair of Sketchers- not cheap at £35 but hopefully will be well used before my granddaughter out grows them The assistant on duty today upstairs was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Great variety of shoes, good quality and fairly reasonably priced. Offered shoe protection upon purchase at the counter and only £3.something for each pair.
