Spot On Cabs

Usually fab service. Almost never have an issue. But the last driver I had smelt of weed and didn’t feel the safest. But really that was the only issue I’ve ever had with them and I’ve used them for years with no problem :)

Used them a few times, whilst on holiday. They gave a brilliant service and "spot on time' every time! Thanks guys for getting us to the airport on time !

Had booked taxi return trip (St.Austell to Plymouth) weeks before departure. On day itself train was running late so rang Spot On on leaving Plymouth to notify them of late departure, we were told as we were behind by some 11minutes would have to cancel without any alternative options...effectively leaving us 'abondoned'...really annoyed considering we have used Spot On many times, poor customer support...another company to question any customer loyalty. Thank you Star Cars...collecting us at last minute.

Needed a cab for 8 people for a Saturday evening just gone. Called on the day and even better, they managed to sort us a mini bus at very short notice for the same evening. Collected us on time and at a reasonable charge, and dropped everyone home safely. Great service.

Scott and his entire crew were great after a concert at the Eden project. We didn't have a pre-booking but they were able to respect their existing bookings while also factoring us in after a short wait. Scott is overall a generally great human being and the way he carries himself is reflected in his company as well. Highly recommend!
