This place is fantastic! such friendly staff too. chris was amazing and answered even our dumbest questions with ease, charm and the utmost professionalism. the whole process from start to finish was a pleasure, and despite going into the place late on a saturday, we never felt rushed. booking a holiday online is easy enough, but you can't beat the personal touch and genuinely decent human interaction that you get from a place such as this. definitely a 5 star rating from us!!

We have booked before through the truro branch very helpful and friendly staff, it's makes you feel like part of a family. booked with the help of charlotte who was brilliant 👏 went through everything and gave some great tips with transfer to and from the hotel.

My wife and i have been customers at newell’s truro for over 8 years, largely using them to book cruise holidays with p& o. nothing is too much trouble for the team to sort out, whenever we may have a query or need to change something or indeed book another holiday! bev, alex and chris know us fairly well now and treat us with great consideration, whenever we make contact. i would have no hesitation in recommending newell’s for any travel matters, i feel sure they will help you with you travel plans and look after you through the process. as a great example , during covid there were many issues for the holiday industry, including holiday cancellations, deferment or future travel queries. the team at newell’s remained extremely professional during the uncertainties that became evident and i couldn’t fault their approach to all of that, which must have been very challenging.
