This place is fantastic! Such friendly staff too. Chris was amazing and answered even our dumbest questions with ease, charm and the utmost professionalism. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure, and despite going into the place late on a Saturday, we never felt rushed. Booking a holiday online is easy enough, but you can't beat the personal touch and genuinely decent human interaction that you get from a place such as this. Definitely a 5 star rating from us!!

We have booked before through the Truro branch very helpful and friendly staff, it's makes you feel like part of a family. Booked with the help of Charlotte who was brilliant 👏 went through everything and gave some great tips with transfer to and from the hotel.
