Newells Travel

We have just returned from the Puglia region of Italy. The hotel, Canne Bianche , was most probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They couldn’t do enough for us, the service, property and staff were outstanding. You do need a car though as it is quite remote. We would never have found this place it it wasn’t for Lisa, at Newell’s Travel in Falmouth. Her help and support was superb throughout the search, booking and pre departure process. We hardly had to do anything ourselves, just enjoy the experience. Thank you Lisa and your colleagues for helping to make this one of our best holidays. We’re now looking forward to our next holiday on a river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest in August. Counting the days! Derek & Ann

we booked a short break in Malta with Newells in Falmouth. The help and assistance we were given meant we could design the holiday we wanted, and our advisor was able to make all sort of suggestions to aid us. Unfortunately I was involved in a road traffic accident about a week before we were due to fly out. Kathy was instrumental in providing the paperwork I needed to reclaim the costs through my travel insurance. The insurers cavilled at paying airport taxes (we were flying EasyJet, so I wasn't looking forward wrestling with them), but Kathy was able to pursue this with their agents and a cheque duly appeared. Despite not being able to go on holiday(!) the overall experience was lightened by the cheerful and practical help we were given. Certainly beats doing it on-line!

Lisa Holdroff made us feel welcome and relaxed and explained the holiday options clearly to us. We were not expecting too much to be honest as in expectations but she sold us our dream holiday and we sahll be back. This was the first time we ever used a travel agent, so thank you.

Recently booked a holiday through Newells Falmouth with the help of both Kathie and Lisa. Nothing was too much trouble,found the best options for what we wanted to do and we were always contacted when needed to be. A Brilliant team

Having used Newells Travel in Falmouth for a very long time, my wife and I just have to write a review. The staff very quickly became friends, not just our travel agents. Their help is always reliable and based on their knowledge of the industry. It would be wrong of us to pick out just one of them as we have had help and advice from all of them at one time or another. Needless to say, if we were able to give them more than 5 stars, we most certainly would,
