We are in Hayle on holiday and my puppy Jack was bitten by an adder. Kim, Johnathan and the rest of the staff were brilliant with Jack who has now fully recovered. Can't thank them enough.

Not one to write reviews generally, however this practice is amazing. The staff are friendly and the level of care is absolutely first rate. The price of meds is very reasonable and the whole experience has genuinely been exceptional.

Always found AV friendly and also compassionate when the need arose over our goodbyes to 3 dogs over the years - the family of Vets and also the overseas locums always displayed high levels of competance - charges always in line with standard fees

Rang for emergency appt for my sprocker who looked like he had been stung by wasp or bee. Fabulously helpful staff, reassuring and given appt straight away. Vet was thorough and gave antihistamine injection along with steroids and antihistamines to take away. Absolutely fantastic service as we are on holiday in Hayle this week and given reassurance. Would definitely recommend using if you are on holiday or a local 5 stars
