We took our 16 year old cat here recently to be put to sleep, the whole process starting from phoning the reception was dealt with amazing care and compassion which was so helpful at such a stressful time, the procedure itself was done with lots of care and empathy, it was a tough time and we are so greatful for how we were handled, we also recieved a sympathy card through the post which was a lovely thought, I am moving my dog to this practice ASAP, 10 out of 10

Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to looking after your pets. Matt will turn up out-of-hours and he was excellent in sorting out my very ill (and quite old) Border Terrier who is now fighting fit again. I have two dogs and mostly, fortunately, I only need routine stuff (boosters, flea and worm treatments etc.) but everyone is super friendly, helpful and make every visit very easy.

Lovely vets and highly recommended. I moved from another local practice, where I felt completely ripped off and that I was just paying for their fancy new refurbishment. Cornish Paws, on the other hand, charge fairly and have thought through their building layout to help the most nervous of animals to feel welcome. Fair and compassionate treatment leads to trust between owners and vets and also makes good business sense. Cornish Paws have got it 100% right.

They have been fantastic with our two dogs every time we have been in there, and the care they've received has been first rate. Highly recommended and more fairly priced than certain other local vets.

Don't often see the same vet so continuity of care is a bit of a problem though they are all compassionate, the reception are where i have had trouble, twice I have been given a date and time then arrived to be told I have the wrong day or time, I record my calls so I can Confirm that I was correct, yet no apology from the receptionist and made to wait or rebook. Also claims for insurance can take weeks to be sent and no facility to make direct claims despite spending hundreds every few months
