Very capable and professional practice.we recently had 2 very poorly dogs with the chance of the worst possible outcomes. all the team went the extra mile, both us and, more importantly our pets, were made to feel cared for and received the best possible care.when our little girl sadly didn't make it despite their 150% effort the team was devastated. at no point was the severity of their different conditions, the financial burden or possible outcome not explained fully to us. our boy will need life long care and treatment which we entrust to the highertown veterinary team without reservation as we shall do with our other furry companions.

I choose highertown because of their already great reviews and good location. we have visited twice for annual heath checks and vaccines and i’ve always found them to be very professional. i’m very happy with the easy of booking appointments through their online service and that they are open for after 5pm appointments. the text msg reminders for worming and new appointments are also great. all staff are lovely and professional.

Highertown vets is the best practice we’ve ever been to - and we’ve owned 6 dogs over 48 years! our dog loves visiting and there’s always a warm welcome. all staff and vets are very approachable and kind. would always highly recommend this vets practice to anyone.

The best bets by far my cat was really poorly and i honestly thought we was going to lose her. but thanks to the whole team they saved my girl. also the after care from her operation was amazing . i can’t say thank you enough
