Stacey on reception was very helpful, polite & friendly fitting us in for an urgent appointment on the day. the vet felix was lovely, professional, informative & reassuring. he was very good with lexy, took things at lexy’s pace! thank you team 😀

I was able to register and get a same day appointment for my cat. the receptionist staff were friendly, clearly knew many of the pets and owners coming in by name and were invested in their wellbeing. the vet i saw was kind and very knowledgeable. she took the time to answer questions and explain things about the breed of my cat which were unrelated to why we were there. all in all, a very approachable and sincere team. i will absolutely return. thanks!
