I cannot praise chris enough for everything he has done whilst being our wedding videographer this year. the way chris portrayed himself via email was so professional and yet so down to earth. he was enthusiastic about our plans and above all else just a really friendly and happy person. we only hired him for a few hours during the day to capture events surrounding the ceremony but the footage he captured, the way he edited the videos and his friendly approach was so perfect. the videos feel like they should be movie trailers, that’s how stunning they are! if ever anyone asks me for a videographer recommendation i know who i will always mention! we’ll treasure the footage for all our years to come and will always be grateful to chris for helping us capture the memories in such a beautiful way. thank you!! :)

We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding videos from babalu films. chris captured our day perfectly, really understanding the moments which meant the most to us. he also made us feel very at ease on the day and seemed genuinely so passionate and excited about capturing our day. communication was also brilliant before and after the wedding, with chris helping us every step of the way with music choices etc.

Micheal and chris were so friendly and professional. we were made to feel very comfortable and micheal was great for helping to settle the grooms nerves! we really did have such a fun day. when our video arrived i watched it over and over again and our guests at our wedding reception loved it . i would 100% recommend babalu films to anyone wanted to perfectly capture their wedding day. thank you so much, best money i have ever spent!!

Chris at babalu films was fantastic. we booked babalu for our bespoke elopment in 2018. they came highly recommended by our photographer, chris simply didn't disappoint. from the very first contact he was absolutely brilliant. very responsive and professional in his communication and keen to understand how we wanted the finish product to look and feel. given the fact we lived 7 hours away, chris was always a phone call and email away to discuss the day itself, how the process would work and understand the overall "feel" of our small wedding. on the day, chris was amazing. his personality was friendly, reassuring and extremely pleasant to work with. he soon become very much part of our day and made the experience unforgettable. chris really did go above and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. the video itself is remarkable, was 100% better than we could ever have imagined. how chris managed to capture so much fun, loving and a romantic atmosphere of the entire day is beyond me. we have had nothing but tears of joy watching this back with family and friends. many of which have said its "simply the best wedding film" they have ever seen! we have the most amazing fairytale film to remember our special day and really cannot thank babalu enough. they truly deserve this review and i will most certainly be recommending them to anyone wanting to elope to cornwall.

What can we say about chris and babalu films except…one, big, thank you! right the way through our wedding journey, from searching for a videographer all the way through to receiving our three fantastic videos following our wedding day, we could not be happier that we picked babalu films to capture our very special day. chris was friendly, informative and responsive in the planning and build-up to the day, giving us reassurance that we were in good hands. on our wedding day, it turned out that we were in the best hands with chris. not only was he knowledgeable, professional and very creative in the shots/clips that we are capturing on the day, but he was very flexible/supportive when the rain threatened to derail our outdoor ceremony! chris knew that we wanted to get married outdoors so made sure that he was all set up to continue filming outside, even through the drizzle during our ceremony. we had a lot of fun with chris all day, being made to feel very comfortable and creative in the way that he was capturing our wedding day with us (alongside mike from pura vida cornwall as our incredible photographer on the day). now that our wedding day is over, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the three very special videos we have. our feature length film (two hours, including full coverage of the ceremony and speeches), is pure magic, happiness and love in one incredibly shot and edited film, we love it so much! our highlights reel is a fun, selection of best bits from the day, again perfectly shot and edited and our teaser is a 1-2 min euphoric snippet of our amazing wedding day. i fully recommend getting all three videos! we feel so lucky to have had chris as our videographer to capture our day so perfectly, we really mean that. it's a beautiful gift that we will treasure forever and show to our family and friends for years to come (who have also commented to say how well shot the videos are!). thank you again for everything. all the very best, soph & linds 20th july 2022 deer park country house, devon
