The hot yoga class is fantastic, a great way of relieving stress, keeping healthy and unwinding. you can work at your own level as all the exercises have different levels of hardness. love it!
I love breathe hq. from the very convenient central studio location to the wonderful, knowledgeable teachers. dan and ori are brilliant and always make you feel welcome with a warm smile and easy conversation. from yoga to pilates, i've tried most of the classes now, but the reason i keep going back is for the hot yoga sessions. without a doubt the best full body workout that focuses both your kind and your body, all the while sweating out the stresses of the day, leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for whatever! 100% recommend to anyone wishing to try something new!
It's my favourite evening of the week, and if i could do the the other times i would. i couldn't recommend the classes more. i do hot yoga, it's hot and humid and perfect for stretching deeply. dan leads us through the classes so clearly and helps each attendee out to help improve their practice and optimise the position. ori also leads different classes to mine and is just as amazing, focusing on slightly different things so they work great together! i've been going for about about 10 weeks now and i'm feeling more flexible, more powerful and all round better for it. love the studio, there are showers and there are men and women in the classes! really great studio ☺️🙌
Thank you dan for instructing my first hot yoga session. you were so kind throughout, realigning me to encourage better practice, it was greatly appreciated. it was a very different experience than my usual yoga practice but well worth a try if you haven’t done it before.
Lovely yoga classes. dan is a fantastic teacher. his directions are clear, and he’s very observant! he lets you know how far to go in a pose given your flexibility/limitations. i find that his corrections/repositioning help me get that extra boost from the poses. he creates a fab environment which is motivating but not pressuring. and i always leave with a feeling like i'd had a workout but also chilled out. it is refreshing to find a teacher who genuinely respects breath work in yoga classes :)
