I started attending the gentle yoga classes a couple of months ago. It is a fantastic class to attend to wind down after a long day. I always have a lovely night’s sleep after attending one of Kaan’s classes and I’m already feeling the benefits to my posture and flexibility. Everyone is made to feel welcome and Kaan really makes the effort to get to know you and to help you progress in his classes. The studio is such a calm and intimate space that instantly makes you feel relaxed when you walk in.
