Nayana helped me to overcome a fear of flying that i had developed over past few years. she used a range of techniques including hypnotherapy and emotional freedom therapy to help me work through my fear and let it go. i booked 6 sessions with nayana in the run up to a holiday. she tailored the sessions to suit my needs and consider me holistically, including relaxation and massage if it was felt this was needed to compliment the other therapies. following our sessions i had a successful flight to and from my holiday. nayana also provided me with some useful techniques and practices to help me in the future. i would recommend using nayana if you need similar support.
