I requested a callback after finding this company on google and my call was returned the same day, with a home visit booked in later that day, during their busiest time I wasn’t expecting such a quick turn around time. Scott arrived in smart company uniform and done an assessment of my house and discussed my possible options. The polite manner and customer service had me sold, the quote was over to me that evening and I accepted for installation in 2 weeks time. The installation is flawless, given the difficult space they had to work with the lads done an impeccable job, and left the house so clean you would never have known they were there. I’m already in talks with having my work premises done and have recommended to a few friends. Do not pass this company by, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Scott and Team

Steve and the team helped us when a previous "Air Con Specialist" installed the pipework incorrectly (badly crimped the joints, which failed pressure testing) then failed to respond to repeated request to come back and finish the work (before eventually closing their business down). Due to on going building work being held up, I was desperate to get the pipework repaired and a solution implemented. At short notice Steve came and inspected and created a plan to resolve the pipework failures. He then came back as agreed, repaired the problem areas (replaced failed joints) tidied up the rest of the work then tested and quoted to complete the rest of the job which the original air con firm failed to do. His prices were fair, he was prompt and professional and his team were great. Cannot recommend highly enough.
