I was extremely happy with the service I received. Arrived within 1hr after calling for recovery.. very polite and helpful was a slight confusion on my behalf as to where to leave the car on arrival due to busy road. Driver Naz was very patient and clearly an experienced driver.
Poor telephone custom services. I called up to get a quote for Coventry to Birmingham every weekday morning. Then a taxi from Birmingham to coventry on a Thursday evening. This when be a ongoing fare while kids are in school. Instead, the operative put me on hold. OK your loss on to the next company
