I appointed vagdia & holmes to look into a double extension for me. i had planning for a single extension prior to appointing from another firm. the other firm told me it would be highly unlikely i would get a double due to the plot position. however, i contacted dhiran because i felt i needed a second opinion. dhiran visited and came up with plan, in his words 'its how you present it'. 8 weeks later and only one amendment (a window to be added) the plans have passed. my extension starts in september and i am really excited. vagdia & holmes have shared my excitement and i am really grateful for the time and energy dhiran put into my plans. i would highly recommend!!
