Arrived today having a mild asthma attack and not making much sense but he was very helpful replacing my inner tube and brake pads. I'm neurodivergent and would have had severe anxiety in this situation usually but he was so kind and figured out what I needed and sent me ont way 😸 More needs doing on my bike so you will see me again - Thank you!

Excellent service at Jardine Cresant Bicycles. Took grandsons bike, fixed all that needed and didn't want anything for it but asked for a small donation in the charity box. Superb, highly recommend.

Great quality service received by Terry. He resolved an issue that I had with my sons bike (that was purchased online, not from Jardine Cycles) regarding the gear cable running too close to the crank. This was something that another bike shop had not known how to resolve, therefore I was so pleased that he was able to fix it without any fuss and for such a reasonable price. He is obviously very knowledgeable, experienced and the service was very quick and friendly. I would definitely use here again and 100% recommend.
