Amazing customer service! I was served by Jim who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as I think it’s the best bike shop in Coventry.

Took in my sons bike in after his disc brake cable snapped. They were able to get it fixed quickly and charged a fail price. I will be using them again for my own bike servicing and maintenance going forward. Good friendly and honest bike shop

Amazing customer service! We were served by Jim, who was very knowledgable and helpful. Always tries to do what’s best for the customer and doesn’t focus on how to get the most money. I would say this is the best bike shop in Coventry, and I will continue going here for any and all bike issues I encounter.

The team here are beyond helpful! They were so kind and called back to confirm they had an item we were looking for, reserved the item for us, held it a tad longer than we asked and really kindly had it assembled when we came to collect.
