Fantastic service from time i made initially enquiry call back was the same morning , steve came same day to look and quote and fitted me in within 2 working days. very pleased with my carpets. his team was fantastic, professional and felt very at ease with them in my home. will rebook in 12 months time. thank you

Steve and his team are very professional and clean with precision. they wiped out a stubborn stain that a previous contractor couldn’t. the team was on time, thorough and the carpets dried up so fast i was utterly impressed. also very understanding. 10/10 recommend!

After being told repeatedly that the stains would be impossible to remove...steve and his team managed to remove them entirely as he took the time to understand the carpet and stain time. last week he popped by to look at our carpet and i was relieved to hear the words: yes that stain should be easy to remove. this morning they arrived on time, set up quickly and got to work. half an hour later we have a whole new carpet. would definitely recommend.
