I bought a new phone from The Phone Shop in Earlsdon yesterday. The service was beyond excellent! Stuart advised on the best device and then set it up for me so when I went back a while later all I had to do was pay and take my new phone home. Nothing was too much trouble and Stuart was so patient and helpful. In this shop the ethos is totally customer focused. This quality of service is all too rare.

Well what a fantastic experience we’ve just had in The Phone Shop!! My son is going on holiday tomorrow and his phone has stopped charging so it was a bit of a long shot but we thought there was no in just trying to see if it could be sorted out this afternoon. To our delight and surprise the very lovely Stewart sorted it immediately!! A relief for my son (!!) and a huge relief for me! Thank you Stewart! You’ve made a very ‘nervous’ mum very happy and relieved this afternoon! 100% recommend!
