Philip Jones at Penmans was our solicitor for a recent property purchase. We were kept informed at all times how our purchase was coming along and nothing was too much trouble to explain during the process as it was my first home purchase. Very professional and has your back during the whole process. I can’t imagine how Penmans have scored 1 star ratings in some of the reviews must be second best competitors 😉

Very happy with the service we have received from Penmans and Christie in particular. We instructed Penmans as our normal solicitor was not an approved lender. We were a little worried using a new firm at first, but Christie made the whole process smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent and we are particularly impressed at how she continued to push and chase all parties to get completion over the line.
